We do that too. It's a thick cream soup base with chunks of potato and often bacon bits, chives, etc., baked potato fillings.
Very hearty, can be closer to a stew than a soup.

@lunarloony @mattdm @NanoRaptor it’s just normal potato soup. Outback has the best potato soup of any fast casual restaurant I’ve been to, and I’ll die on that hill. Mom-Fri if you go at lunch you can get unlimited soup and unlimited salad for $9.99 (ask me how I know 😉)
