Mr Creosote

is frustrating the hell out of me, even more than before. Really, what were they thinking by that time? Dozens of unforeseeable instant death choices! I'm thinking of stopping with for now and take refuge in another gamebook series. would be a safe choice, I guess, but right now, I'm leaning towards the which I have fond memories of. Any other recommendations?
